One week disaster-free guarantee - If within one week after we clean your carpet, an accident occurs that re-soils your carpet, we will come back and touch it up for you at no charge!

90 day spot-free guarantee - Some stains can't be removed, but any spot we do remove we guarantee will stay gone for 90 days or we will come back and re-clean it at no charge!

One year stain-free guarantee - If you purchase our residential Platinum service, we guarantee for one year that any typical spot appearing on protected carpet will be removable (details in contract).
